Gong, which provides AI services for revenue professionals, is adding to its EMEA team in Dublin to the tune of 75 new jobs, most of which signal an emphasis on growth.

According to the company, over 40 of the new roles will be dedicated to the company’s revenue organization, as it grows its number of account executives, sales development reps, customer success employees, sales engineers, and pre-sales employees.

  • Gong’s Dublin expansion comes months after it announced a partnership with Microsoft to integrate its services with Microsoft’s productivity applications as well as Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents ecosystem.

Gong CEO Amit Bendov told Revenue Brew in an email that the additions are part of a continued expansion in the region. “As demand for AI-powered revenue solutions accelerates across the region, we’re doubling down on Dublin’s exceptional talent and innovation ecosystem. The city has quickly become a cornerstone of Gong’s EMEA operations, and this expansion marks a major milestone in our global growth.”

Going, going, Gong: Founded in 2015, Gong has become a leader in the revenue AI agent space. The company is used by more than 4,500 corporate customers and surpassed $300 million in annualized revenue as of FY 2025. It has been backed by Norwest Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital, and Battery Ventures, according to Tracxn, and now sits at a $7.25 billion valuation.
